Every case in the gallery followed the same broad path. The specifics differ by patient, but the steps are consistent.
A full-arch case begins with a free consultation: a conversation about the problem, a clinical exam, and a panoramic X-ray. From there, 3D imaging (CBCT) maps the bone and lets the surgical team plan exact implant positions before anyone picks up an instrument. The plan is reviewed with the patient in plain language — what the surgery involves, how many implants, what the temporary teeth look like, and what the final restoration will look like.
Surgery is performed at our Plano office under sedation. In most full-arch cases, the failing teeth are removed, implants are placed, and a fixed set of temporary teeth is delivered the same day. The patient leaves with teeth — not a removable denture — and begins a healing period during which the implants integrate with the bone.
Once healing is complete, the final restoration is fitted. This is the part you see in the "after" photos: the permanent, fixed bridge designed for everyday function and long-term durability. The full timeline, costs, and what's included are walked through up front. You can read more about each phase on our patient journey page, or compare restoration types on the implant options page.
